     • Damage during transit.
     • Size issues (incorrect size delivered or size mismatch).
   • A 360° video of the product is mandatory to process an exchange request.

2. Shipping Charges:

   • Customers will bear the shipping charges for sending the product back to us.
   • Additional charges will apply for the exchange and delivery of the new product.

3. Exchange Process:

   • Upon receipt of the returned item and verification of the issue, we will process the exchange.
